Mar 10, 2005 -- Dear Friends, I want to alert you to the progress being made to resolve misunderstandings in Israel regarding the acceptance of YU degrees. I received the attached letter from Israel Minister of Education Limor Livnat, which is self-explanatory. We have been working with her office in seeing to it that this issue is satisfactorily resolved. While not yet completely resolved, I continue to be confident that we will have closure shortly.
