Sep 9, 2004 -- Students from the Wilf and Beren Campuses gathered Tuesday to hear a lecture by Richard J. Sheirer of Giuliani Partners LLC, former commissioner of the New York City Office of Emergency Management, in remembrance of the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11 . Co-sponsored by the Yeshiva Student Union and the Stern College for Women Student Council, the hour-long memorial at the Geraldine Schottenstein Cultural Center on the Beren Campus included a PowerPoint presentation of Sept. 11 images intended to "recapture the event to make it fresh in our minds," said Molly Fink, SCWSC president.
