Rosengarten of Woodmere, NY, as associate vice president of administrative services. In his new role, Mr. Rosengarten, a 30-year veteran of YU, will oversee administrative and support services throughout the university’s three Manhattan campuses. His responsibilities will also cover the management of facilities, capital and infrastructure improvements, security and safety, production-mail services, food services, as well as community outreach.
